How the party works:
Your Party will last 3 days.
During these 3 days you and your friends/family place orders for Busy Bee Bags as normal, just have friends note your name in the hostess spot on the order form.
On the 4th day I'll email you with your total sales
and how many Busy Bee Bucks you've earned!!
You'll earn $5 Busy Bee Bucks for the first $100 in sales and then $10 in Busy Bee Bucks for every $100 in sales there after!!
You can use your Busy Bee Bucks right away and add on to your parties order, maybe you'll earn enough for a FREE Bag... or save them to use later, they are valid for one month. (Busy Bee Bucks cannot be used on an order you placed during your party which counts towards your total sales)
We can handle payments two different ways, your choice:
1. You can collect payments from friends/family and then pay for the entire group order all at once through paypal.
This option may give you more sales, by allowing people who do not have paypal accounts/don't want to use paypal, to pay you with cash/check. After the party closes I will email all those who ordered with their total including shipping and instruction to pay you. I will also email you individual totals for all your friends including shipping, so you'll know what each person owes. I will then send you a paypal invoice for the entire group order. I suggest you do not pay for the entire order until you have collected payment from everyone in your party.
OR
2. I can send out individual paypal invoices to all your guests after the party closes.
If you choose this option, be sure to let everyone know, in your invite email, that they will be expected to pay through paypal after the party closes.
As all the bags will be shipped to you, you are the Queen Bee
and need to make sure all your friends get their bags!!
You decide how you want to handle this. Maybe it would be easy for you to drop off at your office, or day care or preschool. Or maybe you prefer that your friends/family come and pick up from you. Whatever you decide be sure you let your friends know how you want to handle pick up or drop off ahead of time :)
Shipping costs will be equally divided among the group
based on number of bags ordered
Average shipping to most states for large orders usually
ranges from around $2.75 to $4.00 per bag.
EXAMPLE:
Total bags order 10
Total shipping came to: $30
Jane ordered 2 bags - $6 shipping
Mary ordered 4 bags - $12 shipping
Kate ordered 1 bag - $3 shipping
you ordered 3 bags - $9 shipping

You can do this in a variety of ways:

Post about your party!!
maybe you belong to some online groups, dicussion boards etc. and of course don't forget to mention your party on facebook, twitter etc.
Tell friends/Family in person, over the phone!!
Just make sure they know the dates of your party, my web address www.mybusybeebag.com and to enter your name in the hostess spot on the order form.
The more people you tell,
the better chance you have for earning
Lots of those Busy Bee Bucks!!
Don't forget school groups you may belong to, day care Friends, etc.
If you would like I can also send out an email to your friends, the day your party starts as a reminder.
I'd suggest you send out a personal email a day or two before your party starts and then send another personal email out on the last day of your party, there are always people who wait until the last minute, or forget.
When picking a Date to start your party, don't count week days out ~ Most people tend to want to do parties over the weekends, forgetting that weekends can be busy with family fun, while during the week people may be busy, but busy with everyday tasks, work, errands, etc and this may lead them to be more excited to get a email that tells them about something NEW and FUN they can check out!!
I'm not saying don't choose a weekend, but just don't count week days out,
you know your friends best :)
Below is a sample email. You are welcome to copy and paste to use as invite to your Busy Bee Party. Be sure to add all your info, everything in blue needs your info. (dates, hostess name, how you want to handle pick up/drop off, and how you want to handle payments etc.)
You can also create you own unique email and/or add in your personal experience with Busy Bee Bags. I would suggest sending your invite email a day or two before your party begins.

if you are collecting payments and then paying for one group order through your paypal account write something like this: I will take cash, checks or can invoice you through paypal. Busy Bee Bag Creator, Tiffana, will let you know your total including shipping, after the party closes on Nov 4th. I hope to collect everyone's payment by November 7th at the latest, so we can get our order paid and get our Busy Bee Bags on their way to us!!
If you are having me send a seperate paypal invoices to everyone after the party closes write something like this: After the party closes on Nov 4th you will receive a paypal invoice for your order including shipping. Please pay your invoice as soon as possible so we can get our Busy Bee Bags on their way to us!! As all our bags are shipping out together, If you have not paid by Nov 7th, your order will have to be cancelled, so that others in party who have paid will receive their bags in a timely manner. Thank You!
(You can pay through paypal using a credit card, even if you don't have a paypal account.)
I will deliver bags to you once they arrive or you can pick them up from me.
This is an email I can send to your friends the day your party begins. This email gives them a few more details, serves as a reminder that your party has started and gives them a direct line of communication with me, the Creator, for questions etc.
This is just an option, if you'd like me to send emails to your friends/family, I will need you to send me a list of their email addresses. I will not keep these emails, nor will I send them any other emails. AGAIN THE BLUE portions would be replaced with your info.
